Consistency

A calendar-first habit & task tracker for Mac,
with streaks, freeze days, and friends.

Requires macOS on Apple Silicon (M1 or later)

First time opening it

Open the downloaded .dmg and drag Consistency into Applications.
When you try to open it, macOS will say it "can't be opened because it is damaged" and offer to move it to the Trash. It isn't actually damaged — this just means the app isn't notarized by Apple yet (that requires a paid developer account), and modern macOS shows this instead of the old "unidentified developer" warning.
Open Terminal (search for it with Spotlight) and paste this, then press Return:

xattr -cr /Applications/Consistency.app
```
Open Consistency again — it'll launch normally this time. You only need to do this once — after that, the app checks for and installs future updates automatically.
